Hand Sculpted Little Girl Doll in Red PJ's - Great For Christmas

This is a hand sculpted little girl doll with blonde hair and red hair ties. The little girl is really adorable with her knees pulled up to her, and her little hands on her knees. I do not know the artist of this doll, and I have several that I'm listing. What I do know is that the doll is from the late 1980's to early 1990's, and is from a collection in Buffalo, NY. The little girl has a shiny face, and I don't know what the composition is, but it appears to be sculpted. I'm not sure if you can paint a clear matte over it so it's not as shiny, but she is adorable. The artist could be from Canada or the upstate NY area from that time.
